It would probably be easier to predict who is going to be the next President of the USA, because Racking UK design and manufacture every mezzanine floor to a clients specific requirements, there isn’t really such a thing as a ‘Typical’ mezzanine floor.
The only effective process is to get a cost for precisely what is required – at the time that it’s required, and place an order swiftly within the stated time period of the proposal.

The following estimated costs are based on supply, delivery and installation of a mezzanine floor in/or around the area of COLCHESTER (Essex). All details to be confirmed.

Straight single flight UTILITY staircase. Estimate: £1,525.00 handrail x 2 sides.
PART K (2013) staircase consisting of 1000mm wide treads with distinguishable nosings, closed risers and handrail to both sides. Estimate: £3,150.00 handrail x 2 sides.
Standard hand/knee rail for all exposed perimeter edges 1100mm high complete with a 100mm high kick-plate. Estimate: £65.00 per linear metre.
All stated costs are exclusive of Value Added Tax that will be applied at the rate ruling at date of supply.

Access & lifting equipment
Racking UK are obliged to use suitable access and lifting equipment during the off-loading and installation of the mezzanine floor.
